Amazing
Highest rating possible, no doubts. The riad is beautiful, well-kept, clean and quiet. Charming in one word. It is located just 150 meters from Jma el’Fna square and in the middle of very narrow, busy and noisy streets. When you open the door of the riad, you enter a world of absolute peace. Furthermore, Youssef is attentive, kind and resolutive. We couldn't have made a better choice.

Youssefs hospitality is unmatched. Specially in a city like Marrakech, it’s hard to find someone so selfless and willing to go to different lengths.
He made sure the whole experience was good. Everything was comfortable, well explained, looked after.

Riad BenSaid - a memorable experience
Riad BenSaid is a traditional Moroccan house hotel. It is a beautiful place to stay, spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main square and all other highlights within the Medina.
I cannot praise the staff , Youssef and Abdul enough. Youssef in particular is a gem of a host. He is just so helpful, whether it be just the things happening daily, with suggestions for things to do, or arranging tours from Marrakech.
He has made our trip memorable.
